   Pork belly ribs was melt in the mouth. Both the fillet and ribeye steaks were cooked as requested and seasoned well. Peppercorn sauce was lovely and the chips (not fries). Were lovely and crispy Our waiter was great and good at explaining the menu and also recommending things. Must have is the inhouse rolos

   Bit of a disappointing experience for Mothers Day. Booked for 6.45 told to wait at the bar, waited for 30 mins and on enquiry there was a nice booth that we had been forgotten to be seated at. Got seated and had a very good attentive waiter, another lady came over with complimentary non- alcoholic cocktails. Ordered 3 Sunday lunches, great food but waited quite a while for delivery. Got the bill, we had been charged for 4 complimentary cocktails £38 and and a Charity donation of £2. Got the bill sorted but overall not the special experience we’re used to at Hawksmoor. Booked in for tonight but still unsure.

   We attend regularly and unfortunately tonight was very disappointing. Steaks were over done Mushrooms arrived cold Items missing from the order To be fair to the staff they were extremely apologetic and took money of the bill.

   As with many diners on Sunday 30th March, I had booked a table for Mother's Day as it was my wife's first Mother's Day and I wanted something a bit special. The service we received from our server and waiting staff was superb, however, tables were crammed in to a point where moving between tables was very difficult. Hawksmoor have gone for quantity over quality on what would have a been a special day for many of the guests. Our food was almost thrown at us, arriving within 5mins of ordering and before our drinks had arrived. The Yorkshire pudding was stale and the potatoes soggy. Had Hawksmoor opted for quality, over quantity, it would have been a far better dinning experience. We were rushed and did not enjoy the experience. Given the cost, a very disappointing experience all round

   Visited on Mothers Day Friendly service from Sabrina Nice ambiance and prompt service but did not feel rushed. Steak was perfectly cooked and Sunday Roast with huge Yorkshire Pudding was good but meal could have been hotter, liked the carrots but no so keen on the cabbage perhaps the Sunday Roast would be more enjoyable served with roasted root veg and roasties (personal preference) 😄 However, would return in the future Thanks Hawksmoor

   I’ve always been a fan of the normal food menu, usually at the London restaurants, so booked this in the hope of the same. The food was not at all the standard expected for such a highly rated Sunday roast. Hugely overpriced for the food provided. I will put on the record the Yorkshire pudding was the star of the show but when attending a meat centred restaurant, this shouldn’t be the case. Really unimpressed and will not pay that amount for the Sunday roast again. Much better can be had for over half the price paid here.

   Today was ment to be a nice surprise for my wife on Mother’s Day. On arrival our drinks were spilled all over our table,leaving stains on my sons clothing. No apology was offered only a joke saying don’t worry I haven’t done this in a while. My wife and I ordered the roast which on the video on Facebook looked out of this world. This was served to us cold and soggy. We weren’t charged for our mains after bringing the issue up and were given free deserts which we appreciated. All and all left very disappointed with our visit to Hawksmoor after really looking forward to going there for weeks. Would rather have paid the whole bill and enjoyed our day,sadly this was not the case

    Shakes Pete’s Ginger Brew was top choice for Sunday roast! It complimented a solid meal with a little kick. The roast was a little cold but overall very delicious.
