   Went late evening on Wed. The place was still somewhat full. The service unfortunately was uneven. We ordered the breadbasket- great, ceviche - small portion, a little too much liquid, nice presentation but taste wasn't memorable - didn't know if it was trying to be highly refined or casual. Waited 20 minutes or more for entrees after finishing the appetizers.

   Very interesting menu offerings in an exquisitely decorated venue. Having dined at other Marcus Samuelsson restaurants, we had high hopes for another exceptional dining experience but Hav & Mar was just okay. It was good, but just okay.

   Superb, the octopus, chicken and the pear desert were fantastic. Great atmosphere and service, would highly recommend. If I lived here, I'd be back to try everything on the menu.

   Very happy to try out a Marcus restaurant in NYC. I was impressed by the service and the locale. Interesting food options. I especially liked the injera chip and the crab rice.

    Cornbread was incredible and I’m convinced the seafood cavatelli is one of the best pasta dishes you’ll find anywhere. A lot to explore on the menu - I’ll definitely be back.
