I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the New Year's Eve buffet experience at your restaurant. We chose your establishment based on the advertised buffet menu, which seemed promising, but unfortunately, the actual offerings on the day were significantly different and did not live up to the expectations set by your website. The food was subpar, with some dishes, like the lamb, being dry and tasteless. Overall, the hot food was disappointing and lacked flavor. For a 5-star hotel, the standard was far below what one would expect, especially given the price we paid for the event. To make matters worse, the food provided was not aligned with the menu that was advertised online for the event, which added to our frustration. I still have a copy of the menu from your website, and I was truly disappointed by the stark contrast between what was promised and what was actually served. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of the dining experience for future guests. Regrettably, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Asked for omlette with cheese and other ingredients. They served the omelettes without the cheese for both of us. Other than that everything was good.

FNB STAFF ARE VERY KIND. Food didn’t taste that good . Most of the thing stated in the menu are not even available at the buffet for example the bacon wrapped shrimp , Grilled chicken skewers,smoked short ribs and bbq brisket. Overall I would say it not worth the money.
