Welcome to Newcastle, where the old (castle) meets the new! Hard Rock Cafe is coming at you live from Newcastle, with a new layout paying tribute to the past by keeping in line with the former grandeur and arches. Phase one of our grand design includes a cafe with room for 170 of your closest friends, with 60 of those lucky pals getting to sit on a raised mezzanine floor overlooking the river. We’ve also included 16 external seats to enjoy Hard Rock in the sun. Our Cafe brings a touch of history and class to any meal. Featuring classic American fare with that signature Hard Rock twist, Hard Rock Cafe Newcastle delivers satisfaction in every bite.     Mini pulled pork sliders nice but luke warm. Ribs VERY dry, chips extremely salty. Cheesecake was delicious. Lattes are OK. Music to loud, waitress checked once if food was OK just after 1st mouthful. Didn't ask again.

    From start to finish our experience was brilliant. The staff were lovely and friendly and on the ball throughout our dining experience. The food was beautiful, I had starter and main course and the partner had main course and dessert. We couldnt fault the food at all. It was very tasty and well presented and the cocktail was great and made even better as it was happy hour on our visit.

    We havent been before and thought with it being restaurant Week it was worth a try. We had a main and a pudding. It was Quick service, the good was hot and very tasty. The deserts were huge too. Very good all round.

    Visited on many occasions and never had a bad meal until now. Order Ribs & Chicken Combo. Unfortunately, the ribs were hard and cold. Advised server and they were returned to kitchen. Partners meal was nearly finished by the time I received my meal. Ribs were lovely, Chicken was dry and and overcooked. Such a shame as my partners meal was lovely.

    Lovely experience again for my sons 17th. He was wished Happy birthday as he sat down and got an ice-cream with a candle after his lunch. We were offered an additional plant based menu which is great for me and gave me a reasonable choice of dishes. The server was lovely and really helpful. My son couldn't eat all his ribs and so she brought us a box to bring home to our very elderly cat who nearly keeled over with delight from the left overs. Thank you!
