   Had dinner there last night. Service was the worse especially given the prices charged and the 20% tip already included. We had to constantly try and flag down our waiter to ask for chili oil, drinks, and the rice we ordered. The rice came almost at the end of the meal when when we were almost done with our entrees. The most difficult part was getting the attention of our waiter who never checked in on us. If you want a meal where you spend most of the time trying to get all your food and drinks you ordered, this is the place for you. In summary, poor service, small portions, high prices, and tip included for service not earned.

   Been here a few times. Staff is always rude. Food was decent. Location is good to walk ferry building after. Will not be back again.

   Avoid being seated in back area near the bar and service area. Very noisy and difficult to enjoy the experience.

   Food is excellent but service was not. Hostess and servers were brusque and had “couldn’t care less” attitudes. Requested to sit near window but was seated in area to right of host stand with zero windows.

   Food taste were great but the service was horrible. Parking fee only covered $4 even though my entire meal was $260---it didn't make sense--but that's their policy. I asked specifically for a piece of cake for my wife's bday, but that didn't happen--and completely forgotten about it! Fried rice took forever to come---we were almost done with our meal when the rice arrived: Very Disappointed!

   Everything was great except that we were not informed in advance for our party of four (2 adults and 2 children) that we would be subjected to an automatic 18% “service fee.” We did order sufficient quantity of food for our meal (brunch/dim sum) and we stayed for about an hour - so not excessive amount of time for a meal. Typically restaurants inform diners of an added surcharge in advance so we are prepared to expect this. Generally in my vast dining experience, this usually applies to larger parties, never for a party of four (2 adults and 2 children). I also can understand if we hadn’t ordered much food or if we stayed an excessively long time and occupied a table that they could have served other diners. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we come to this restaurant.

    Delicious food and wonderful waitperson. It was very busy so with a large group have your dishes already chosen ahead of time to give to waitperson all at the same time - keeps things running smoothly .
