    Hanks was one of our favorite Austin restaurants and we’re sad that it has seemingly gone down hill over the last 6 months. The servers do not seem to care about their customer experience what so ever, when historically the quality of service was one of the reasons we continued to come back. The food is still good and the lower key ambience is great. I’m not sure that those categories outweigh the negative demeanor of the service.

    Lovely day on the patio with my parents and foster dog! Everyone was very nice and accommodating and the food was delicious!

    Amazing food, amazing service, and quiet enough where we would carry on a conversation the entire evening. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. I will also be dreaming about the chantilly cake for quite some time.

    Very cute place! It was so nice outside so we sat outside. Love it when it’s dog friendly which were a couple outside patio. Saw that they had a drive thru! Food was good and so was the coffee!

    I had been to Hank several times before and really enjoyed it. This time I brought the family. They are very picky and hard to please, but everybody enjoyed their meal!!Big win!
