Absolutely incredible dinner at Haliburton Post House. Service was friendly, professional and attentive. Celeste and Jasmine were wonderful hosts. Wine paring recommendation was spot on. The food was outstanding, so much attention to detail exquisitely plated. The passion of the Chef and the entire staff shines through with every detail. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy another fabulous evening. Keep up the great work.

Great experience however we were right beside a very loud table of 4 which was unfortunate but not the fault of the Post House. We'll be back.

If you are in the Minden/Haliburton area, this is THE restaurant to go to for an amazing dining experience. Everything about the dining experience is exceptional!

We have been there several times. Always amazing. This time though the food was a bit cooler than we are used to when it came to the table. It was delicious and maybe it was the right temperature for the dish but we did notice it was a bit cooler.
