The food is not cooked fresh all cooked in advance and microwaved apart from fried items. The beef randang and soy beef were both sent out cold and when we told them it is cold then brought it back after a quick 30 seconds in the microwave. Even the plain rice and egg fried rice was over cooked and cold and again sent back and brought again after microwaving it. All dishes came out 5-10 minutes after we ordered it probably. Disgusting You should avoid

All 9 from our party converged in London from all over the UK to find that Halia was closed for the day, even though we had been sent a booking confirmation from OpenTable the day before. So all in all, a great disappointment for us and we had to quickly find somewhere else. There were staff in the restaurant who had no idea about our booking and no apologies given. Does Open table communicate with the restaurants they represent?? Anyway for us, a closed chapter, we will not book with Halia or bother going there
