The first restaurant in Xcaret to be awarded a Michelin Star. Also honored with 5 AAA Diamonds for its exceptional service.

Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef with a Michelin Star both inside and outside of Mexico, presents HA’, a unique proposal in Contemporary Mexican Cuisine in Riviera Maya. With a 9-course tasting menu in which, Carlos shows us that flavors, textures and temperatures are elements that tell us a surprising story and help us learn about his love for his roots.

When you think you have found your favorite dish Gaytán’s inspiration proposes new creations as the seasons change, ensuring your experiences are always unique and different. Come and have a unique culinary experience at Hotel Xcaret Mexico

                      An incredible experience from start to finish. A real gem in the Riviera Maya that’s definitely worth it if you’re in the area and love fine dining. Every course was perfectly balanced and the entirely Mexican wine pairings were very well matched to each course. Our server and host offered extremely attentive service and taught us a lot about the food of the region and the wines. One of our party is gluten-free and they were given a special menu and assured at every step that their plate was gluten free. This restaurant certainly deserves the Michelin star they earned in 2024!! Thank you for the fantastic meal!

                      Todo exquisito, pero no entiendo como no tienen una buena terminal para cobrar a través de Wallet con AMEX fue bastante incómodo, no acostumbro a cargar con la tarjeta por seguridad y en cualquier parte del mundo ya lo usual es pagar a través de la Wallet móvil, qué lástima que siendo un restaurante con estrella Michelin no cuiden esos detalles.

                      Fantastic culinary experience, restaurante Ha’ did not disappoint. The restaurant was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend the wine pairing, great value for the price. Must visit, Salut!

                      La arquitectura del lugar exalta su nombre (Ha= agua).. y deberás que es un espectáculo el lugar, muy contemporáneo pero muy original. La atención es excelente, tienen casi mesero por mesa, muy personalizado el servicio. La comida excelente! Bien ganada su estrella Michelin. Definitivamente nuestro restaurant favorito para regresar primero al Ha y luego visitamos la Riviera Maya y Cancun…
