   Server stopped serving us mid way through dinner, took 20 minutes just to get a check. We were seated right outside the bathroom and the manager had to put a drink cart behind me so I wasn’t being ran into (greatly appreciated)

   I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We chose this spot because of its menu options, especially The Churrasco Experience and the unlimited cocktail deal. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. We were only able to get three cocktails during the hour and forty minutes we were there. The restaurant was extremely busy, making it difficult to get the attention of the waitstaff. That said, I have to commend the servers for their excellent customer service they were all friendly, attentive when they could lol, and accommodating to the best of their abilities given the rush. One thing I feel obligated to mention is the slippery floor near the restroom area. For anyone wearing heels, be very cautious. I overheard several other women in the restroom expressing the same concern, so I know it wasn’t just me. On a positive note, the ambiance is fantastic and works well for any type of celebration. The food was overall good, but not great—especially considering the price point. As a food enthusiast, I wanted to share my honest experience. While there were some highlights, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and safety.

    Nice ambiance and good service. $25 all-you-can drink wine is technically a nice idea, except most of the wines really weren't that great. Bottle selection is also fairly small. The buffet was OK. The meat quality was not that great. Definitely below the other places nearby. And for that, $70 per person is too expensive. They do (did?) give $25 off for signing up for the loyalty program and then it's a one-time better value. But I doubt we'll be back. There are much better choices nearby.
