   Had an amazing experience here. The food was incredible and the service from Erika was even better. She was sweet, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The charcuterie was one of my favorites along with the chicken liver mousse. We ordered so much food and we are so glad we got to try most of it. Erika recommended the velvet bee for my cocktail and wow, was it tasty! So were rest of the cocktails we tried but this stood out to me. Overall, our whole group had a fantastic experience and there wasn’t a dish we didn’t like. Thank you!

   Gwen was everything we were looking for in fine dining. We stumbled upon meeting the chef (Curtis, thank you). The experience was great from picking our knife to eating desert.

   We came for an intimate birthday dinner and while it was nice to sit at the Chef’s counter, our server was a bit disengaged. He reiterated that we were celebrating a birthday and did give us a treat at the end to take with us. The rest of the interactions with him were not great. It felt transactional. The other servers who brought our dishes were delightful - engaging, wonderful food descriptions, smiled and laughed. Side note - the bar stools are quite uncomfortable after an hour. We both felt the need to stand a bit after our main dishes.

   Gwen is a steakhouse where I highly recommend sticking to steaks or other meat-focused dishes. We ordered the filet, and it was the best medium-well steak you could ask for—still tender and full of flavor. However, the two pasta dishes we tried—the black truffle pasta and the lobster pasta—were both overly salty, as was the crab salad. That said, the service was excellent. The staff wiped our table after each course, and the attention to detail was impressive. Plates were thoughtfully prepared—chilled for salads and heated for entrées—which reflects the restaurant’s well-deserved Michelin star.

   The restaurant lived up to its reputation. The appetizers(charcuterie and chicken pate) were fantastic, the experience was fun and unique with several elements that should remain a surprise. I would stick tot he main courses that play on the central theme, which is the charcoal fueled grill and in house aging of steak; we ordered one entree that was out of this realm and it was good, but not nearly as good as the other entree which was phenomenal. The chef was present for the evening, and the entire experience was both self aware for its pretention but also playful in a way that made us feel welcome. Overall, a very low key high dining venue.

   The food was very delicious and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Yerica was very friendly and explained things well. I would like to go back to eat steak.

    The experience of choosing water from around the world was interesting they give you a menu of bottled waters they carry from around the world and the history of each. Then we got to choose our steak knife and that was cool and get a history of the knife. The food was average nothing out of the ordinary but tasted good. Coffee was amazing had a latte with my husband and we both loved it
