   Great service from two different servers. They stayed on top of our drinks and wine service, food was good but the menu is only one page unlike pre-Covid. It was full service grotto like the other locations in the Houston area. Disappointed they didn’t offer the full menu.

   Great Service, Hannah was very helpful with any questions. The Ravioli with a vodka sauce was very good. The bread variety that is served when seated is a nice surprise. The pizza my husband ordered was perfect!

   Always a pleasure. The restaurant was extremely busy, but the staff handled it well. Food and service were excellent.

   Another great experience at Grotto at GNLC. Jordan is the best waiter hands down! His menu recommendations are always on point. Thank you to Steven and Chris for making Grotto a true Italian experience!

   Waiter took our order, then a large group came in and the waiter forgot about us. After 30 minutes, the waiter remembered us and said he would check on our order, but he then went and started taking the large group order. Once he finished putting their order into the computer, he then brought our food to us, which was still about 20 minutes later. My wife's Chicken Piccata looked like chicken nuggets and asparagus was cold. My Chicken Alfredo had very little sauce on it, chicken was very hard from being over heated and the noodles on top were crispy. Now I know why they're only open for 2 days a week!

    The menu was limited. The calamari was fried perfectly but with no seasoning. My pasta dish was horrible. The shrimp were small for the dish to be $38. The dish had absolutely noooooo seasoning. The dish could be placed next to bland in the dictionary. Salt and pepper didn’t help the dish! However, the best thing there was the lemon drops!!! I can drink them every time.
