First time there. I will definitely not be returning. For $45.00 I was expecting way more variety of food. The food was not hot even though it was placed under a food lamp. I did enjoy the waffles and pasta because it was served hot. The food was not getting replaced in a timely manner. The salad was soggy and not enjoyable.

Had to wait for 40 minutes for drinks to come. My daughter was always waiting for her food when we all had ours for abut 8 minutes. Service was just not good for the amount of the bill.

The wait to be seated was reasonable. The food took a little longer than expected even though there were hardly any tables taken. The food was delicious. I was disappointed with the small amount of salmon for$25: my ordered burger (ordered without a bun) was bigger than the piece of salmon. The staff were pleasant.

Have been going to the Grand Concourse for years especially on Steeler game days for the brunch and also dinner. Our latest experience was extremely poor. The brunch was fine except for the bloody Mary’s in which they changed from Demtri’s to a lesser quality mix. Staff said it was cheaper. We returned that day for dinner. That experience was awful. We had people in our group with gluten allergies explained to the server but she was not sensitive to this situation. This resulted in sending appetizers back, entrees back. Others experienced cold food. We will struggle to return. Since Laundry’s bought the Grand Concourse it’s gone downhill in overall quality in food, service and experience.

The service was great. Everybody was friendly. The fireman was great. The fish dish that they featured and that the server told us about was disgusting. The fish was old, not fresh and had a bad taste as if it was left out and not properly cared for. I was very disappointed.

5/10 experience. I expected more. The service workers care very little about obvious issues including missing food and things covered in grim and chocolate. The half eaten strawberry on top of fresh strawberries was a sign for us to pay the bill and head out.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday brunch on November 17 before the Steelers game. The ambience is spectacular, the food is wonderful and the service is all that you can ask for. We give this 5 stars.
