   As always The Grand Concourse was decorated nicely and we had a seat at the window. Not at all busy so we were able to sit and enjoy our drinks and meals.

   Unfortunately this experience was very underwhelming. I was super disappointed we had a party of 10 for a holiday luncheon for my team from all over PA & Ohio. I picked Grand Concourse due to the beautiful ambiance and pervious experience. The service was awful, the server was very nice but not attentive, did not clear dishes forgot drinks etc, took along time to check on us, and because we had a large party the gratuity was already included. Moreover, the restaurant was not busy at all. There were a few other parties in there, but no way that anyone should’ve been overwhelmed and not be able to attend to the table, even cleaning it off after we ordered certain items.  we were also told that we could not order certain things on the menu because they had nobody there to make them, the soup was le Warr at best and served in bowls instead of soup cups because we were told they did not have any soup cups to serve it? Overall, the experience was just very odd and not on par with the experiences that I’ve had in the past.. Again this was just a super disappointing experience considering I was raving about what a great restaurant and what a cool restaurant it would be for people that were out of town to come and visit.

   2 people in group said prime rib was tough (I don’t eat it so I can’t say how it was) Lines were long at certain stations, but it is busy time of year. Still a beautiful place to go. Merry Christmas

   Our family's annual Christmas brunch at Grand Concourse was excellent for 2024. The food actually tasted better, especially the smoked turkey. I was very pleased to see the buffet food had labels posted above the dishes for those with food allergies. The dessert tables had many choices from brownies, cookies, tarts, ambrosia, chocolate cake, strawberry shortcake to the freshly made donuts. The carving station had prime rib, ham and smoked turkey breast. There were many choices for our family members to choose. We hope to return in 2025.

   The food was wonderful, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We were there for Sunday Brunch. The building is just wow. The old train station is majestic. This place is not a T-shirt and sweats kind of place. This was our first time going, and there will definitely be repeat trips in the future.

   The Grand Concourse Brunch is always a fabulous experience. The food never disappoints. The atmosphere is stunning and when you add holiday decorations- WOW! Plus - we always have amazing service. Everyone should experience this at least once! 🎄❤️💚

   We had great service. The staff were great accommodating our one wheelchair guest. Food was good as usual. Great service by our servers. Mixing our mimosas and keeping our glasses and cups full. Constantly cleaning up. Did a nice job giving us a guide to the buffet

    I have been there many times, for their brunch, and it is always top notch. Never had a bad experience. Everything is excellent, every single time. Will continue to go back, when I want an excellent experience.
