   I walked in and it took them while to recognise someone is standing by the door. Then seat was not ready and waited 5min. Then i got told counter is not available and i’ve been asked to seat on table. Waited 10min before someone came and took the order. Food was pretty good but its a shame and really disappointed with service. Its not like Japanese restaurant and staff are all over in panic mode. Has this restaurant opened last months? NO!!!! Every time staff brings food to the table. They just mentioned what it is like a robot and leaves the table. I am truly disappointed with customer service of this restaurant and I will never go there again!!!! No apologies… just felt like I should have walked off.. the owner or manager should really assess the staff as it’s so bad!

   On arrival we were crammed into a corner by the door. We were not given any water on arrival and nobody came to take our order. We were left without a drink for 30 minutes. I tried to wave at a staff member but she gave me a hand signal as if to shoo me away. At this point I was ready to leave. My friend managed to get the attention of a staff member so we were finally able to have our order taken. After we finished our glasses of wine we tried to order a second glass but the wait staff struggled to speak any English at all and thought we had ordered empty glasses. The food itself was ok but the service was so bad without a single apology. I’d never return.

   Friendly staff, delicious food, great atmosphere! Staff accidentally touch my chopsticks, instantly apologised and replaced with new. We ordered 3bottles of sake and was served with clean cups each time.

    Goryon San is a really buzzy. We had a seat at the counter and loved the engagement of the crew. The food is quality, light and tasty. Let the beers flow and try everything!
