What is the deal with rushing customers out of the restaurant? Why does the staff feel the need to consistently stop by and ask to take our plates with food that we are attempting to enjoy? Why does the manager casually lounge around the front of the restaurant and doesn’t know how to handle concerns / issues from the customer?

Beautiful atmosphere with attention to detail of the place settings and tables. Server was nice but never came back around for a second round a drinks (I was hoping for a glass of wine with dinner). Lobster was beyond overcooked in the risotto, ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Overall, delicious but probably a bit overpriced for the location and overall quality of everything.

Ramsay’s completely RUINED my Birthday and Dinner. I went home, ate and cried all night. Fourth strike and you’re out Gordon. From the moment I booked through open table, my Husband, friends and myself already planned our dinners. NOPE. Ramsays never posted on line or at their location that they will be using a revised Holiday Menu. When asked why, we were told that they are short staffed during the Holidays (Christmas/New Years) and there is no one to prepare, cook and serve. Sounds like Mgmt is a push over and not capable of handling their staff, in the Front and Kitchen. The Menu consisted of 1 choice of a soup and salad. Several Appetizers and Entrees missing. We, especially me, were extremely disappointed. Had I not had guests with me I would have walked out and changed the date, but it was actually my Bday and I wanted to celebrate. From the flat soda, to the disgusting handful of burnt, little pieces of string fries with little or no Truffle oil, to the double order Appetizer that I requested to be served on one plate because there was no room on the table, left me scrapping one order into the other plate, like a busboy at Dennys scraping plates. We were also told that the Line Cooks were not capable of preparing a steak any other way than, rare, med or well. No med rare or med well. There was so much salt on what was supposed to be a 22oz Bone in Rib-eye, it completely overpowered the taste of my rare steak, that I wanted Med Well. One of my guests order the chicken dish. Burnt, dried out and mostly bone. The Cocktail Shrimp were over cooked and chewy. Service was par. Thankfully, there were only a few parties, but everyone was flustered and in their usual “panic” mode. Thankfully, this dinner was comped and I’d rather take the food home and throw it to the raccoons, then send it back. That would have sent the Line over the edge. BTW, I have 40yrs experience, a Degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Tech, as well as having owned several successful eateries in NY

Wonderful second experience!!! Even better than the first!!! Super Pricey but delicious food and experience. Staff was spot on and they attended to our every need. Warmly greeted by all when we came and when we left….now here’s where my review gets ratchet so leave if you must………………..WHEN 👏🏽I 👏🏽tell👏🏽you that crab cake and Caesar salad had me ready to straddle the cook station after clicking my stilettos together and holler YES CHEF!!! Head chef was young and black and held it down immaculately. I love to see it!!!Those men in the kitchen truly don’t know just how very close they came to having their kneecaps lovingly kissed for their excellence. Wonderful to observe their hard work and dedication to their craft…my husband’s beef Wellington was fork tender and my son ate his wagyu steak with his eyes closed as if he was listening to a symphony (SN: he ordered it Oscar style and didn’t receive the Oscar but it was so damn good that we didn’t remember until we left) . Then dessrt- as if we had room- Whew chile Gordon’s momma’s sticky toffee pudding must be sans bra in the privacy of your own home!!! It don’t look like much but, hands down one of my best dessert experiences with their light and airy cheesecake as a close second. They really should consider roping the kitchen staff off because it took everything in me from going and booping each of their noses and whispering sweet nothings in their ears for tickling my food fantasies…WELL DONE!!! Gordon should be very proud!!! Won’t be back anytime soon because it was nearly a mortgage payment and life be lifing but, had to give credit where it’s deserved. Yaaaaaaaaas chef!!! K.bye ✌🏽

Reservation time and requested seating location honored; service was wonderful and our wait “team” worked in sync together so that we received constant attention; dinners were great from appetizers to end - with steak cooked perfectly to order. Will definitely be back.

The service was good. We were told he kitchen got "behind". When the food finally came, it was cold and the risotto was crunchy. The noise level was too loud and the tables are too close to each other. The experience did not reflect the cost to dine.
