We were disappointed to find our table placed in a side room with our table towards the back, near a noisy corner, despite specifically requesting a window table. Instead of enjoying the ambiance, we were stuck in an area with constant staff movement and noise as they accessed cutlery to set tables. After a request we were moved one table away from the noisy corner. To add to the frustration, our drinks order was slow, and one was incorrect. Surprisingly, the incorrect drink wasn’t even offered to be corrected. We came with high expectations of experiencing Hell’s Kitchen, but being relegated to a separate room completely removed us from the restaurant’s energy and atmosphere. The food was good, but the overall experiences were disappointing!

Everything was Magnificent. There was a bartender who we spoke with at lunch and again when we had dinner. I asked for a drink he was not familiar with (brandy alexander) and he did not hesitate to make it happen. He was just amazing and deserves to be singled out.

This was an item in my bucket list! Such a great experience and the food was delicious! The wait time was not very long and we got seated before our reservation time. Would definitely come back again.

Loved it! My husband had the much heralded Beef Wellington and I had the branzino. We shared the lobster risotto and the Brussel sprouts. I thought the branzino would fall far short of his Wellington because that is all people kept talking about but I was wrong! My branzino was fabulous especially when paired with the flavorful Brussel Sprouts. It was worth the money and the service was terrific. I would have given the waiter a better tip but could not get past the service charge of 20%. It’s exorbitant and I think asking people to pay a 40% up charge on an already expensive meal is ridiculous. They should stop that. The restaurants should be sharing a portion of that service charge with the waiters in my opinion. But if they don’t, I am not going to assume that ridiculous overcharge. I did tip, but not even close to what I normally would. The sticky toffee pudding was good but imo the lemon blueberry cheesecake was even better—my husband got that. Anyway—it was a great meal! And the view was beautiful.

Not worth the high prices at all. Seafood apps were overcooked which was pretty bad. Had to wait a while to be seated despite having a reservation. All over fine but meh experience. Worst option we have tried at this price point in DC.

Everything was great but the 20% service charge was added and it’s not considered a tip. The server explained they don’t get anything other than what we added in addition to the top. While the food is great, their business practices are not and for that reason we will not be returning.

It was my birthday and I was excited to go . Beautiful Location and pretty restaurant But OK you’re ready to hear this comment .. So they couldn’t cook a med well filet mignon to save their life ! Twice brought out a rare steak I mean blood juice on plate . My Wellington dish was room temp not hot but tasted good . Manager only came out once . We had an event aft dinner so of course now running late . Told them never mind on a third try so didn’t eat steak dinner but thankfully ordered Mac n cheese side so that was dinner. Waiter was nice but still. Then beware they charge 20% surcharge just to eat there and tell you it’s not a “tip” needless to say $200+ later for 3 people no alcoholic drink to justify cost and one guest didn’t eat !!! Not a great birthday dinner experience at all. Sad this happened cuz the Las Vegas one we ate at was great . disappointed ☹️

DC residents are tired of seeing a 20% service charge mandated on the restaurant bills. Your solution is to simply raise prices on the menu. Not only did Hell’s Kitchen charge 20%, the receipt asked customers to leave a tip.
