Parties of two are seated on the counter top next to the kitchen line and parties of three to four guests can choose between our counter or kitchen-facing booths. Enjoy an interaction with the Chef or Manager of the restaurant when they come to your table during your meal and discuss the menu items and your experience. ***$25 per person is for the COUNTER/TABLE ONLY and does not count towards the cost of food and beverage and it will be charged at the time of booking the reservation. The burgers were the best (they always are) and the service was really good and friendly. The desserts were delicious too and I would recommend making a reservation to skip the line.

Food is good (as always) definitely make a reservation to go the line is so long for walk in. Only weird thing is I got a text 10 minutes before the reservation time saying the table is ready and to check in. We checked in 5 minutes later when we got there (5 minutes before our reservation) and then still had to wait 20 minutes after. But not the end of the world still better than waiting on line

Totally unimpressed for many reasons. One the 2 tables we had were wobbly and when we asked them to fix it 3 times a guy came over with napkins and couldn’t, so we asked to just switch a table and that 2 top was shorter than the other 2 top we were using which was awkward for our party. (It just shows management doesn’t take care of its facility) Second, We couldn’t believe a real chef’s restaurant would have unhealthy white table salt on the tables instead of healthy pink salt. Third, the time it took to get our burgers was 40 minutes. (Although the waitress did warn us). Fourth, for $30 each burger, they were just mediocre and were served with cold fries.

We got the burger topped with bacon and brisket. It was really flavorful but had a lot of grease. My husband and I were both lightheaded after our meals. If they too care of the extra grease before serving the burgers, they would have been out of this world. The sticky toffee sandwich was delicious, and our waitress, Nancy, was perfect! She couldn't have done a better job.
