We had a reservation at 7:30pm to celebrate my daughter 21 day and it was our first time. we were sat and took about 25 mins for server to ask for our drinks. Drinks were served 20 mins later after we followed up. An hour later our food was served. We had a higher standard for a restaurant of this class.

Server forgot to take our food order after ordering and delivering appetizer, despite menus on table. When food order was finally taken and eventually delivered, it was cold burgers, fries, and congealed cheese. Second attempt at burgers had numerous whole bay leaves- 4 on one of the burgers. Gordon would have gone ballistic!

Fantastic food experience!! I got the brunch burger, and don’t be fooled by “spicy aioli”. It gave it such a lovely flair of flavor!! My wife got the GFC Sandwich, was a little spicier than she thought it would be, but it was so good!

I was excited to try the burgers at GR Burger after seeing an article in a magazine in our hotel room in Vegas. Made an early dinner reservation at Flamingo hotel location - Ordered the Idiot burger, onion rings and beverage. Burger was adequate, not a lot of short rib meat on it and burger part was nothing special. Bun was soggy on the bottom, and mushrooms were chewy and tough. Not sure how they managed to mess up sautéed mushrooms but maybe they were reconstituted dry mushrooms? Onion rings were ok but a bit greasy. I ordered the sticky toffee whiskey shake for dessert. It was flavorless. How do you make ice cream flavorless! Not vanilla nor chocolate nor even a whiskey flavor was there. More like having frozen half & half with whipped cream and a few drizzles of caramel on sides of glass. Very dissatisfying for a $25 shake. Waiters were attentive, maybe a bit too attentive. All in all, I wouldn’t waste your money here. GR needs to review this location and how kitchen staff makes his recipes. I can’t imagine this is how he meant his food to taste.

Staff was excellent ! Food was very good. Found the atmosphere to be kinda cold. Music was way too loud to have a conversation. I would go again.
