Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff! Excellent shakes, great corn dip, and super fantastic burgers. Try the Idiot Burger, very juicy and tasty. Not expensive!!

I had eaten at the Planet Hollywood location in a previous year and I remember the who experience to have been better. The hamburger I ordered (Hell's Kitchen Burger) was not that great. I was expecting a little spicy but it was not at all since there was supposed to be jalapenos on it. My friends wanted their burger rare but that is not available at this location and finally the onion rings were cold and not very flavorful... As far as $30 hamburgers go I expect a lot more and this experience did not measure up.

We had a reservation at 6 p.m. Got seated right away. Orders taken and served after 15 mins: the appetizer and our drinks. But it’s been an hour after we asked our server what happened to our wagyu burger order, and he said he forgot to put it in. So we decided to just get our bill and leave. It’s Valentine’s Day, and we don’t want to ruin our night.

Fabulous from start to finish. The staff is attentive and warm. The food was outstanding, especially the Street Corn Dip. A special nod to our server, Clarissa, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience one we won't soon forget!
