   We came for Christmas dinner. The host and the waitress were both unsure of the special. Out of Miller lite. Fries were salty and soggy with the fish and chips. Ceaser Wrap was good. The Short rib pasta was good. Service was a bit slow and took awhile to take away dishes. Would have had another drink but service was slow. First time visiting. Hope things will improve when we return on non holiday.

   Gino’s Surf is very close and convenient to where we live. Food was good and so was service. They have done a great job of fixing up the restaurant. We ordered the white fish which was delicious. Lots of TVs so watched 2 games. It was a bit noisy as there were a couple of parties in progress. We will go back again.

   It’s not the high-end dining experience of old. The new Ginos is more of a sports bar with TVs on every wall and sight line. If I went back, I’d go back to try the beer and pizza or burgers and see how that goes.

   From the time we entered the establishment till the time we left, everything was excellent. The hostess was a very pleasant young lady seated us exactly where we wanted to be sad., waitress was exceptional. Food was outstanding. We had everything from chicken nachos to fish and chips to the short rib Bolognese.. cocktails were on point. I had a dirty martini with the blue cheese olives that were stuffed as I ordered..,, I highly recommend Gino’s Surf!

   I ordered the white fish. They were out of it. Ordered the New York strip. They were out of that too. So then I just ordered a Cobb salad. I thought it was strange that it came with salmon instead of chicken. Bacon, egg, and salmon? The appetizers were good, but the kitchen screwed up and brought a second order of appetizers after we ate our entrée. That wasnt a bad thing because they didn’t charge us for it, but I thought it was weird that the kitchen was that disorganized.

   Group of seven chose to eat at Gino's Surf. Beautiful decor inside, nice atmosphere. Alyssa was our server, and she was pleasant and efficient. We had fish and chips, and ahi tuna tacos. Everyone enjoyed their food!

   Found it be very noisy. Food was not good at all. Need a different chef; it was tasteless. A for presentation. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Would go back for a drink…maybe!

    We really had a good night at Gino surf. When the entertainment started, it did get a little bit loud :-)
