   Service was very good, atmosphere was lively, a little too loud for our liking to be honest (there was a DJ or disco in the bar area so could really hear each other when talking very well).......maybe it was because it was Christmas so maybe there was a party going on. Food was quite expensive but quality was very good quality so understandable.

   Upon being seated at our table as a group of 5, our drinks order was taken quite quickly but took some time to arrive. It then took exactly 1 hour for are starters to arrive, and this was only after we had alerted our waiter that it was around an hour since we had ordered. Additionally the restaurant was out of several items including garlic bread (crazy for an Italian restaurant on a Saturday night at 7pm) to which we were told by our waiter that then oven was broken (not quite sure how you can cook without one). Another member of staff stated that this was not the case and that they were just in fact out of dough for the bread. It was a few minutes after this that the table literally beside us received 2 orders of the garlic bread (should be said that they arrived some time after us) so we figured that the oven may have been fixed or that they had made more dough. Being as we saw the gentleman and his partner take a bite of their garlic breads and literally do a chefs kiss as to how good it was (for those who go and actually receive some it did look great) we decided to ask our waiter if we could place an order for some. Our waiter then told us that the ovens were still broken and that in fact a member of staff had left the restaurant to go to another Italian place in town and buy garlic bread to serve. When asked more about this he then stated that they actually did cook the garlic bread but that this table had pre ordered it. (???) Additionally there were giant speakers near our table that were blasting music as the place was hosting a private event. We had no problem with this but it would have been nice to have the staff alert us to this upon entry, in case you didn’t feel like eating what I had hoped would be a nice meal inside of a nightclub. Our waiter also only came around to the table about once and had to be sought out for drinks etc. Additionally there was no offer of Parmesan cheese for the pasta by the waiter or staff. (Random I know, but still)

   We were informed on arrival that they had no pizza/garlic bread which is poor for the value we are paying for the food there. On top of this there was some kind of event booked which had a loud dj set which was seemingly competing with the restaurant music. The service however was good despite the menu seriously lacking half of what was promised including the deserts. Wouldn’t rush back it is definitely nothing special

   Nice meal, good service, setting was excellent. Pizza oven wasn’t working so had a disappointed child, also meant no garlic bread available. Bit of a staple for an Italian but these things can’t be helped, however we should have been told as we sat down. Arrabiatta pasta wasn’t particularly spicy although the pasta was cooked perfectly. Bolognese was very good as were the meatballs. Everything was a little pricey though, desserts especially and we decided against.

   Perfect meal out with my partner. Beautifully decorated, friendly & efficient service and the food itself was lovely l. Moderatly priced but you get what you pay for 👌 would definitely come back!

   I went with my mother and met my brother and wife . Our waiter was great. Called Pedro. Food was fab. Very enjoyable evening . We will be returning.

   Always love the arancini and chateaubriand here . Nice to see the same staff over the years who are very attentive but don’t interrupt. Can also recommend the Merlot. This is why we keep coming back. The only downside is the loud energetic music early in the evening.

   When we came to order our food the waiter told us loads of dishes that they hadn't got. They explained that they had 150 people in with pre-ordered food. Surely they knew how many people they had catered for as they had pre-ordered so would make sure there was enough food for others who had booked a table.

   Good food. No bearnaise sauce to accompany the fillet steak. Champagne options limited. Very loud -Christmas party in the bar.

    Pedro was an awesome waiter, he absolutely added to the beautiful experience we had at Gino's. We have travelled from Australia and my daughter was desperate to eat at one of Gino's restaurants, so we drove 4.5 hours from loch lomond in Scotland, paid for a hotel room, just to go to Gino's!!! It was all worth it. Food was spectacular and service and ambience was excellent.
