Everything we were served was so fresh and delicious. Servers did a great job of clearing empty plates very quickly and kept our drinks full the whole time. The restaurant itself is small but it feels more intimate and not cramped at all. This was definitely a 5 star experience.

                                                                                                                                                                Hands down, the best sushi I’ve had in Cleveland. Ginko is small, making it hard to get a reservation, but finally see that the 4:30 dinner time was so worth it! Can’t wait to go back. And every single employee we encountered, and we encountered most of them, were wonderful! Get yourself to Ginko!

Calling a simple sashimi dish “Omakase” feels misleading, especially without including even a basic miso soup. When we ordered an extra roll, some pieces arrived falling apart. The experience lacked the thoughtful touches and authenticity expected at this price point — overall, very disappointing.

                                                                                                                                                                I had my birthday dinner here and it exceeded expectations! The sushi was extremely fresh and well presented. The truffle miso soup was to die for and the service was phenomenal. I found out they also have a great happy hour and I can't wait to come back and try more options! PS - the wagyu tataki is a MUST!
