   The food was wonderful, but the service took a long time. Their dirty martinis aren’t great, and we had to send both our drinks back to get redone because they were lacking. Additionally, we both found hair in our food on two separate occasions. I also never received the salad that was supposed to come w my dish.

   I brought my friend here because the first time I came I had such an amazing time. We waited 1 hour for entrees to arrive after being told we had an hour and 30 minute time limit… this was not reconciled at all, even when the server realized what was going on, nothing was done to accommodate us. We arrived at 12pm, the bar was empty, tables were empty. We watched 5 parties that arrived a significant amount of time after us receive their entrees in a timely fashion. We then asked them to package our meals to go as it was nearly 2pm (we arrived around 12) and they still brought us plates and made us package the ourselves. I am highly disappointed with this experience.

   - [ ] Reservation for 3 at 2pm - [ ] Sat and ordered drinks right away at 2:10pm - [ ] Drinks came at 2:42pm. Drinks weren’t all the way full but we got bottomless. It shouldn’t have taken that long to get our first drink. Bottomless is only 90 mins which means our time was cut short. Everyone at the table has to get bottomless $29.99 so if you’re with someone who doesn’t drink you’ll wind up paying $15 per drink - [ ] Ordered food at 2:45pm - [ ] Food came at 3pm. I was missing bacon but it came quick. Wasn’t very hot though - [ ] Music stops at 3:30pm. Nice mix when the dj was there but didn’t need to be so loud. I think I’d go back but I’d give it a 3/10. Very short staffed

   Great service overall- drinks took a bit longer to come out today than in my past experiences here. The ambiance is definitely a WOW factor. I’d totally recommend Gatsby for brunch!

   Amazing experience! I love the bottomless options, it includes several different cocktails and brunch and appetizer menu did not disappoint. Our sever was very busy, but made sure to check on us constantly. Thank you for an amazing dining experience, I LOVE KNEAD restaurants.
