   Food was amazing! Service was very very slow. We had dined here multiple times when it was HAVEN and excited to try out the new branding. Unfortunately the service was very slow, our server was very nice, I don’t think it was her fault, but it took at least 30min to get greeted with water at the table and over an hour to receive our food. We got the deviled eggs, burger and gnocchi. All items were incredible!! Hopefully their service will improve.

   It was a disaster! We waited to come back to this place. This was the second time in my life when I complained at a restaurant! But what happened made me mad! I can’t accept any excuses! I ordered the salmon with bagel! All looked nice but the tomato was pre cut and had the white skin on the half cut tomato! The time it takes for a half-cut tomato to develop white skin (or discoloration) depends on factors like storage conditions and the tomato's ripeness, but it can occur within a few hours to a day. Then the same issue with the cucumbers! It looked green and yellow and smelled like acid! To get cucumbers to smell like acid (or sour, due to lactic acid fermentation), you need to ferment them for around 10-14 days! Then I asked the waiter about it and said yes the cucumber was bad! Nothing about the tomato and he did not even say I will take that dish of your bill! Later on that day I talked with the manager! He was nice sad sorry! Refunded the dish! But I think customers need to know that this happened here and could happen again! Will never go back!

   Food was amazing as always but unfortunately on par, service was extremely lacking and management seems more interested in talking to each other and socializing with staff than ensuring good customer service is being executed. We continue to come because of the kitchen but you all really need to get your servers in check especially when it’s not busy, it’s unfortunate.

   Made a reservation for 5 people at 10:30am, arrived right on time and dining room was mostly empty. The host mentioned she had to get pur table ready, we then waited 10 mins until she took us to 3 small tables pushed together (uneven and uncomfortable seating). Food was good however the service was so slow, our server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time, I had to go find someone to take our order and when it came time to get the check, we waited another 15 minutes after asking for it.

   Our server had no clue of what is on the menu, keeping suggesting the most expensive dish. Bouillabaisse came with no aioli. When asked about it, she disappeared, and another server came with the check 30 minutes later. Everything was oversalted (and i like salt), but this was too much even for my taste. Horrible experience, will not recommend. Be aware of positive reviews! They are likely to be fake
