Waited 60 mins for our appetizers. No water or service for 30 mins after we sat down. Sad to see when you’re paying an arm and a leg to eat there…

Great place for a birthday lunch--very good food, including a free dessert for the birthday person; and great atmosphere, especially if you can sit where the river is visible. The service was also very friendly and overall very good if a bit hyperattentive.

The afternoon tea was really nice. Our server did a nice job. The food was delicious and we even had some leftovers to bring home. Somehow they lost my reservation, but I had my confirmation to show that I did have it and they were able to seat us anyway which I really appreciated. I will be happy to do tea again sometime.

We dined on a Sunday for my birthday. Emily was our server and we were so impressed with the extra special service we received. We were met at the door by Emily who showed us to our lovely garden view table. Coffee was already on the table for us. We ordered from the brunch menu. Both the Ukrainian Breakfast and the Duck Confit was delicious. We even got a little surprise from the kitchen for a birthday treat. Definitely worth it to come here, prices were reasonable and service was excellent.

Not the best high tea I've ever had, the service needs a lot of work. The food was cold and obviously refrigerated, or frozen before being brought to the table. There were only 3 teas to choose from, and no dietary options were offered. We were charged for 4 guests, but food was only served for 3. Better communication needed.
