   I had wanted to visit this establishment since before I moved out of state so when I returned for vacation I made sure to make a reservation for this place but unfortunately I was disappointed. I had really high hopes for the service and the food but the food ok and the service was below average. Everyone seems overwhelmed, overworked, short staffed and short tempered. The receptionist was brash but accommodating if you had a reservation. I wish I could say that I was thrilled with the entire experience but it was a one and done for us.

   We were greeted in an abrupt rude way. It set the tone for the rest of dinner interaction with server, it’s not kind. Please don’t be a server if you don’t have common courtesy or are have any niceties that is apart of your job. It made us uncomfortable and didn’t feel like our business was wanted. We will not be coming back to this establishment.

   Food was just okay. Lasagna was lukewarm, even though the plate was very hot. It was hot on the edges and lukewarm inside. It was recommended, but not great. My husband got the cioppinno dish and said it was lacking flavor. The amount of pasta (which was a price upgrade) was not a lot. Service was okay, although she didn't give us any of the specials. We heard her tell another table not to read the specials on the board because they were wrong, and she gave them the list of specials. But that was after we had already ordered. Previously we really liked this place; not sure we will be back.

   Been here before but was very disappointed with this visit. Food tasted rushed and service was lacking. Didn’t have a fork and took 10mins to get one. Asked for more water several times and never got it. The carbonara was scrambled eggs and no cheese on the kids pasta like asked. Never found a server to bring any. Service was so inattentive we could have walked out without paying but I stood by the bar for a while before anyone would take payment. We will come back but if this service/food is repeated it will be the last time.

   Great location and vibe. Food was so underwhelming flavor wise. Everyone in our party (6 total) did not enjoy their meal.

    Great restaurant! Food was delicious especially the pizza! But everything was fantastic! The staff, the food, & attention to detail. Really made our small gathering very pleasurable and memorable.
