We absolutely love Fusion 27. The food, the staff, Jose and everyone make each dinner the BEST. We had my husband's surprise party here last year and my friends are still talking about it. Food is exceptional, always...best place around.

First time coming here on a Saturday, the place was packed, but I could still talk to my girlfriend with no problem. While the calamari was overcooked, the flavor was still good. The Sea Bass special entree was out of this world and cooked perfectly - such an amazing dish. The tres leches was an amazing way to end the evening and is sooooo good at Fusion 27.

My guest and I were very impressed with the outstanding food and excellent service. The room is nothing special; and unfortunately, like everywhere else, it is over priced. Nevertheless, I would recommend it for the food.
