   Absolutely the worst meal ever. Waited an 1.5 hours for eggs. The egg sandwich was cold and had no taste. I will never go back for brunch. The manager and waitress apologized and did not charge us for the food. My 91 year old father was looking forward to the French toast which they were out of. Too many places for brunch to ever go there again

   We were there for 4 hours because the food took so long & waiter was a great guy but could have checked in more often especially since he forgot to ring in a few food items that didn’t come.

   Ambiance-Fantastic, Food-Great, Cocktail’s/Wine-Superb. Valet Parking Available at a “Hefty” price plus 10% Surcharge for using CC. Angelo our Wait Person was very attentive and knowledgeable with a great personality. We were seated at time of reservation, they take entire order at one time and deliver apps, entrees as prescribed, it’s not their “First Rodeo” We didn’t have to wait for Drinks, Apps, Entrees, Dessert, it was all orchestrated to perfection We will return!

   I’ve dined at a lot of restaurants, and I can confidently say this was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We had a 7:15pm reservation and weren’t acknowledged by our server for 20 minutes. When he finally arrived, he gave a quick intro and told us to look over the menu. We were ready to order within minutes, but he didn’t return for nearly 20 more — no water refills, no check-ins, nothing. We placed a pretty simple order: one bottle of wine, two appetizers, a pasta, and two entrees to share family-style. The appetizers eventually came (not quickly), but we still hadn’t received our wine. We had to flag down a manager to ask, and he even said, “That’s criminal” before going to retrieve it himself. At that point, we still hadn’t seen our server again. It only got worse from there. Our pasta course took another 30 minutes to arrive, and not once did anyone stop by to check on us or offer basic hospitality. No water refills, no follow-up, no effort to recover the situation. We tried to cut our losses and asked to cancel the entrees so we could just leave — but were told they were “on the tray” and coming right out. Even then, it took another 15 minutes for the food to arrive, this time brought by a different manager. When we explained we didn’t want the food anymore due to how the evening had gone, she didn’t seem to grasp the issue. She brought over the original manager, who completely missed the mark and asked, “Do you have somewhere to be?” and offered to box the food. The lack of accountability and understanding from the staff was incredibly disappointing. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, the service was not just below standard — it was careless, unprofessional, and borderline dismissive. At these price points, basic hospitality should be a given. Sadly, Francine didn’t come close. We won’t be back.

   Hopefully it was an off night, no sommelier to discuss the wines and the server was unable to offer any insight. The food was dropped off with such apathy, it felt as if we interrupted a somber moment. The entire experiment was so off putting, from start to finish the apathy was contagious. Our entrees came out at significantly different times. Not what I’ve come to expect from a fine dining restaurant, especially French. I was beyond disappointed since I’ve read and heard such amazing things. Hopefully it was a bad night, because I watched other tables experience the same issues.

   Great experience for our anniversary at Francine! Great waitress Eden was the highlight of the day. Great attitude, amazing service. The food was very good, pricey but in line with Scottsdale. Can’t wait to come again!
