    As a very frequent diner (50+ times) the experience, menu, and food has always been 5 stars; tonight the food preparation was very off and while the menu changes a lot my least favorite.. Praying it was just an off night and the next menu will include some of the old hits…

    I absolutely loved this place on two other occasions a couple years ago. I have no idea if there has been a management or owners change but the food quality has gone the wrong direction. I was really disappointed and had my sister from out of town with her French hubby …I thought this would be the best choice.

    Francine Restaurant was the BEST, most exquisite dining experience we've had in a long time. Our server Logan was top-tier, the French cuisine was absolutely amazing, and the ambiance was perfect. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

    Overall it was a great restaurant. The tuna tartare was magnificent. I had the steak and fries and it was good, but not spectacular. The place is very beautiful and our server Adam was awesome.
