   We had an awesome date night. The atmosphere and the music was great. Our meals were brought out promptly and were delicious. The crème brûlée really topped it off!

   Gumbo, bread pudding, golden noodles, Branzino, and drinks were the things we tried and really liked. The rich friend, broke friend appetizers were funny lol.

   The food, service, and overall experience were excellent. My husband and I came from NJ and it was well worth the trip. We will tell our friends about the restaurant and we will definitely be back. Well done Mr. Make It Happen! 😁

   I follow Mr. Make It Happen on Instagram and was really excited to visit Fraîche with my wife, sister, and best friend. We ended up ordering a lot of food, and everything was delicious! The sticky ribs were wonderfully tender, and the deviled eggs were light and flavorful. The Fraîche Salad was packed with amazing flavors, and the cornbread was perfectly sweet, buttery, and soft. The mac and cheese was wonderfully cheesy and gooey, while the oxtail meatballs were a highlight—definitely a chef’s kiss moment! The sauce they were served in was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the Mambo wings, which had a fantastic sauce, and the truffle fries, which were light and flavorful. For drinks, my sister and I had the Pineapple Puncheon, and my wife enjoyed the Fraîche Old Fashioned, both of which were very good—definitely pack a punch! Our server was incredibly sweet and kind, which really enhanced our experience. We even had the opportunity to meet Mr. Make It Happen, who was super friendly and took pictures with us! Overall, we will definitely be back. If you find yourself in DC, I highly recommend making your way to Fraîche!

    I went around 5pm so it wasn’t very crowded or loud which was a plus. The staff was nice and very engaging. The food was priced relatively fair (bill came out to about $105/pp 3 people we ordered 3 apps, 3 entrees, 4 drinks). However the portions were small. The deviled eggs were a cute taste but not worth it. The oxtail meatballs were very good and a good size, the charbroiled oysters were also good. Between the entrees ordered, we enjoyed the gumbo it has a nice spice to it and the sweetness from the cornbread brought it all together, the noodles were also good, the lamb chops were good but nothing special. While the lamb chop dish was seasoned well it was nothing special; wish i had brought my own seasonings for it or that i was able to substitute the sides it came with but that’s against their rules. The ambiance is nice, with their bar being the focal point. We had to share our table with another group of folks coming to eat which I didn’t mind, there was separation enough. I would return but tapper my expectations regarding portion size.
