   Ordered. After 10 plus minutes we would find out they didn’t have the item on the menu. Happened twice. Unfortunate for Christmas dinner.

   We had a great experience at the restaurant and our server was very attentive. The view from our table was spectacular!

   We arrived 10 minutes early but hostess would not seat us until our reservation time. Our waiter was rushed and didn’t spend more than 3 minutes with us. However, when his friends were seated at the table next to us, he had plenty of time to chat with them. By this time the rush was over, but it still took him 15 minutes to pick up the bill once we had our credit card on it. The property as a whole could put more effort into bird mitigation. Too many seagulls and pigeons flying in and taking food off plates that weren’t bussed immediately. We are locals and it was our 4th year of having Christmas brunch at this restaurant but it will probably be our last.

   Wunderschöner Abend in traumhafter Umgebung mit sehr gutem Essen und einer guten Auswahl an Weinen. Service sehr professionell. Was will man mehr?

   Our table for 8 was adrift in the space. I dislike having a large table floating in a big open space. My preference is for the reassuring presence of a wall, balcony or other vertical structure to add a level of protection and privacy. In fairness I did not specify this preference. Service was slow and inattentive. Whilst we got the impression our server was spread somewhat thin we also surmised that given a guaranteed 18 percent tip on a table of 6 or more resulted in unmotivated service. Notwithstanding the sluggish and inattentive service all but one of the 8 of us agreed the food was delicious. The one person who was displeased was the person who ordered steak. Frankly who orders steak in a seafood restaurant….. All told I would grudgingly recommend this restaurant as the food is very tasty and well executed but the service may kill the overall experience.

   The view is everything at this establishment! We went for sunset but were disappointed it wasn't ideal and you can barely see it from their location. The food was good but nothing to brag about. The service was also very mediocre for such a place, we expected way more from them. Overall, it was nice to try but probably would not go back.
