   The tuna steak was excellent. Also was the Seabass. The swordfish looked fantastic, but we did not have it. I will be getting that next time. The service was awesome

   Four Flamingos needs to tighten up its cooking. Our meal was sub par. My husband's whole pompano came out without crusty skin and with a few limp pepper slices draped on it--totally unappetizing so we sent it back. Desserts were doughy and flavors dull. At these prices, the cooking needs to be top notch all the time.

   We have been going to FF since it opened, and we absolutely love everything about it. The food is absolutely fantastic, creative - perfection. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially if you are looking out over the hotel landscape during sunset. The best though is the staff - Frances is the most wonderful human being you will ever encounter; Kat makes the best drinks you will find anywhere; and everyone of the staff will make you feel like you are getting the best possible experience. Thank you to Richard who is giving of his time when he’s in town; there are just not enough words and not enough space to tout about how wonderful this restaurant is!

   We stayed on the Hyatt Grand Cypress property and had a party of eight guys: bachelor party/golf outing. We heard a rumor that Richard Blais was on property. As we entered the restaurant, there was a special reception in honor of Richard, of champagne and awesome petite oysters.  What a great way to start tonight. We were sat at our reservation time, and had great service from both Ramy, and Moses, our som. I would classify the atmosphere as tourist-casual, with fine dining food quality and service. Our wine service was spot on. The appetizers were served all at once, hot and everyone was impressed with the food presentation and quality. Definitely a place for awesome seafood, however, their steak and lamb selections were worthy. Definitely worth a road trip! Pay attention to their wine list. There are some good deals and there are those that are over twice markup. Regardless, their wine selection is very good.  Meeting Top Chef Richard, topped the evening. Great guy!

   We had an incredible dining experience at the 4 Flamingos! Beginning with Kat, our bartender making some fabulous drinks, to actually getting to meet Richard Blais in person and then having a spectacular dinner. We enjoyed every moment.

   I’m not sure what I can say, other than this was a fantastic experience. The service was great not overbearing, our server “Ron” was super and on point. The food was so tasty, I had the Red Grouper and added the Baked Potato with crawfish and Lobster. Both were unbelievably perfect. My wife had the Raviolo which was so tasty, the Yucca side dish was a great combination. For desert we shared the Baked Key Lime pie. This was a desert we could eat every day it was so good. Overall, we will be going back for sure, run don’t walk to this fantastic restaurant. A true Central Florida Gem !

   It was a lovely experience and the food was amazing but for the food and the hype you would expect a more “elegant” environment. Truly, it felt like gourmet at a diner.

    My family loves Top Chef, and Richard’s restaurant really lives up to the inventive dishes he’s known for. All the food was fun, interesting, and delicious! Great meal.
