   Fortu is very good! But....My issue is with a few of the plates. I just feel that the tuna tartare is bland. I get it, its top grade tuna sashimi. But its just ok. I feel like for the price tag it should be phenomenal. Beef tartare taco, same feelings! Overall food is great , not outstanding, but in my opinion for the quality of product, it simply doesn't match the price tag.

   My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at Fortu. Decor and ambience was top notch. The restaurant is loud but in a good way. We had the citrus green salad and the potato mille feuille. Both were incredibly flavorful. For dinner I had the scallops - perfectly cooked. The XO sauce was a little salty but the flavor was excellent. My boyfriend had the orange chicken and he really enjoyed that. Drinks were good as well. I asked them to bring a dessert to celebrate my boyfriend's promotion and they did which was nice. Our server was excellent. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!

   Amazing staff, atmosphere, food, and I have to mention the staff again. I have never had such immaculate and consistent service where all members of the front of the house staff were so on the ball. This is our new go to spot for our monthly excursions in st pete.

   We ordered the fixed menu. As we were 4, our idea was to taste a bit of everything on the menu. The food was amazing, but don't order the shrimp tempura and the orange chicken on the same meal. They are different but alike. Be prepared for a small portion if you choose the scallops. All the desserts were amazing.

   All around great dining experience. Sat on outside patio where service and ambiance exceeded expectations. The A5 Waygu Ribeye and Miso Glazed Cod were both exceptional. Will be coming back next time I visit St. Pete.

   Wonderful experience. Took my wife for our anniversary and right from the start the staff was out of this world. Food was delicious, best orange chicken we’ve ever had. Overall experience was fanatic and we’ll definitely be going back.

   The ribeye was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned! The sides were…. Ok. We had the veggie fried rice and carrots and they were so so, nothing special. Restaurant was incredibly loud. Full restaurant, every table taken and they are playing dj music loud enough to make every table yell over the music to talk to each other… only compounding the noise issue. Overall, it was good but not worth the size of the the check and they really need to do something about the volume inside.

    So glad I picked this restaurant for our 1st Anniversary dinner! We LOVED the food. Everything was perfect and romantic. Service was wonderful. I knew it was going to be expensive, of course, but definitely worth it!
