   Fantastic Dining Experience at Fork NJ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fork NJ in Rahway, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance is modern and sophisticated, with a stylish yet welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for a night out. The hostess Ashley was amazing. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The sushi pizza and burrata were excellent starters, fresh, well-balanced, and delicious. For the main course, the short ribs were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the tuna was a standout dish with a perfect sear and seasoning. To finish, the vanilla and chocolate tartufo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner, Nicky, personally checked on guests, adding a personal touch to the experience. The cocktail selection was also impressive, with well-crafted drinks that complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, Fork NJ is a must visit spot for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience in Rahway. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, this restaurant delivers on all fronts amazing food, great drinks, and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning!    I had the most incredible dining experience at Fork and I can’t stop thinking about it! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the warm and welcoming owner, Nikky, who immediately made us feel right at home. The ambiance was absolutely perfect, the music was incredible and set the perfect vibe for the entire evening. We started with appetizers of the pork bao belly buns and sushi pizza, both of which were unique, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, the sirloin was cooked to perfection, and the Angry Pasta was a spicy, flavorful delight. Pairing it all with a crisp Pinot Grigio elevated the entire meal. To top it off, the cheesecake for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable experience. The service was exceptional! Our hostess, Cardaliah, was so warm and welcoming, setting the tone for the evening. The bartender, Alex, was hands down the best, crafting perfect cocktails and making sure we were always taken care of, she truly made the night even more enjoyable. Our waitress, Alejandra, was a dream, attentive, and personable, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Every detail of the experience, from the food to the service, was flawless. I can’t wait to return to Fork and experience it all over again. Highly recommend!!!

   The bar was beautiful and drinks were great!! Food was good my friend got the pork chop. She said it was dry, but the flavor was good. I got the Oso Buco, which was pretty good and service was excellent. Overall would dine again.

   Fork is THAT spot. Pulled up and instantly got the vibe—moody lighting, deep tones, the perfect mix of upscale and effortless. It’s the kind of place you settle into and don’t want to leave. Started with the calamari—crispy, seasoned just right, none of that rubbery nonsense. Dipped in the sauce? Unreal. Then the short rib for the main… rich, fork-tender, packed with flavor. Comfort food, but elevated. The Purple Drink was smooth, a little mysterious, and hit just right. The Lychee Martini? Fresh, floral, and perfectly balanced. Whoever’s behind the bar knows what they’re doing. I’m already planning to come back for happy hour (Monday–Thursday, 3-6 PM) because if the drinks are this good at full price, I know the deals are gonna hit. If you love bold flavors, great cocktails, and a spot with an actual vibe, Fork is a must.

   Overall disappointing. Food was subpar. Bao bun app meat was full of bone & gristle. $44 sirloin steak was not quality, grocery store level of meat. Service was disorganized and forgetful. Beautiful restaurant in a great location. Food needs significant improvement to match both the prices and ambiance.

    I had an unforgettable Valentine's weekend dinner here! The appetizers were fantastic—sushi pizza and burrata, both super tasty. For the main course, I had short ribs and tuna, which were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the vanilla and chocolate tartufo for dessert was divine. The drinks were amazing too, perfectly complementing each course. The food, ambiance, and service made it a perfect night. Highly recommend!
