Awesome pizza, great drinks—nothing super fancy, just quality food. Really solid, really consistent.

I really like their food and drinks but the space is too small with tables close together and gets really loud, especially sitting next to the open window into the kitchen where the cooks were talking loudly about personal stuff I didn't care to hear. Service was terrible! We made reservations and got there with only a couple tables occupied. Had to wait for someone to finally come seat us and we got put next to the kitchen, when several other tables were better and available. Once seated no one came back. Another couple was seated, we still waited and waited. A server (dressed in exercise pants) came out and went to the table seated after us and took their order. She started to walk away, not to our table and I had to flag her down. She could tell we were annoyed. We made our order and we ordered drinks. She came in and out of the dining room several times, no drinks. We finally got our drinks about 15 minutes later with some lame excuse for the delay. Now comes the pepperoni pizza. It was so greasy that I had to soak up two napkins full of grease. Yes, I know this is terrible etiquette but by this time I didn't care. I wanted to eat and get out of there. Mainly to escape the drunk, loud couples that were seated next to us that kept staring at us and asking us questions about the food.

Ordered the special for that night and the risotto was the best I have ever had. Good wine selection. Wonderful service. Vegetables cooked lightly and very flavorful. Wonderful dessert. Quaint setting in an older home. If you sit in the back room, it can be a little noisy as they do a huge take out business and that is the pick up area.

Place was okay, they didn’t have any Coke…. Which was a first for me… It would make sense if the restaurant was extremely packed but they were completely empty. Pizza was very salty, there weren’t many options for pizza or drinks and the waiter had the attitude of not wanting to be there.

We were looking for a new pizza place and Open Table led us to the Forage. The Forage is a quaint restaurant in a cottage style house that offers several different pizzas. We had both the appetizers offer because we couldn't decide! The polenta fries were the best I have had, and the roasted artichoke dip served with warms pita bread actually tasted like artichoke and not cream cheese! To be honest I only tried two of the pizzas because the third had Calabrian chilies and I am a wimp! Both my husband and son loved it! I recommend the Forge to anyone looking for a yummy pizza to enjoy at the restaurant or to take home.

This was a great experience. Limited menu but if you want charred fire oven pizza this is a good place to get it. The artichoke dip and Forage salad were both delicious. The pizza is thin crust and shareable for two. Comes in one size about 12”. Staff is engaging, service was good. Extensive wine and drink list. Atmosphere was a renovated old house done very well, cozy. Prices were surprisingly reasonable in this day of ridiculous prices you find elsewhere. That was very appreciated. We will return.

Busy, quite understaffed. Appeared to be a nice restaurant. Sat for 20 minutes without any service or acknowledgement that things might be delayed. We can understand they are busy but to be ignored was unprofessional and a turn-off.
