We made a reservation, arrived 15min early and the restaurant was only about 30% full, we were seated right away, the front staff gentleman was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and just a delight. Once seated the waitress came over took our drink order, this is when it all went downhill. My wife and I sat there for about 20 min with no a single person stoping by, no drinks, no waitress, the restaurant started to fill up but it was a manageable crowd. Once my wife finally waved over our waitress, she started to blame her miss management of our table on others, ie it was a large table of 15 people that slammed the bar therefore our drinks were not ready, we mentioned that the restaurant isn’t that full and there are a number of bartenders working, plus multiple wait staff, the restaurant wasn’t slammed. We were like we have been ready to order for 10-15 min and you never stop by to go over features, take appetizer order, we were left to ourselves. Again she blamed the table of 15 people a table she appeared to not even be serving. We have eaten here a number of times and the food is excellent but not sure if we will return. In my opinion take responsibility for your actions and just say hey I forgot about you, don’t make up stories and blame others for your mistakes, to this note we got up and left and went for a fantastic dinner at Caesars.
