   I have been to this location before and had a great time, but my last visit missed the mark completely. The meat was under seasoned and did not have the crust that should come from flame grilling the meat cuts. The chicken thighs and chicken wrapped in bacon were properly seasoned, though. My girlfriend ordered the salmon and it was overcooked , but decently seasoned. All of the market bar sides were bland and the kitchen sides arrived cold. The server we received when we were seated never came back to check on us and we were left unattended the rest of the evening. The meat servers passed by our table multiple times despite the card being turned up, but would stop at the table next to us. When we were ready to go, I expressed how displeased I was with the food and service and a server from another table named Aaron did his best to try and remedy the problem. He sent out a complimentary dessert for my anniversary and it was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately there was nothing that could have improved the evening after the initial service that was received. I’m doubtful that I will return to this Fogo again.

   Was sat by the front door and it was so cold I should have just never taken my jacket off and just left. The two stars were for the salad bar which was decent except that they don't refill anything the entire time we were there. The meat was super fresh, so fresh that the entire staff is out back killing the animals because they were nowhere to be found inside. We were there for 40 mins before we even saw a server. We were there 2 hours and only about 7 or 8 servers came to the table which is understandable because they sat us in the Arctic seating, it was probablt too cold for them to approach. When the food arrived it was well preserved in a layer of salt. They have plenty of chicken and sausage and grilled cheese but if you're looking for steak, I think the entire weighter staff is still hunting it out back. I thought for a Friday night it would have been more decent but two thumbs down all around. Bring your gloves but leave your appetite at home.

   As always Fogo delivered an outstanding meal experience. The wait staff- a special call out to Christian - as well as the manager were outstanding. The space in an old bank building is fantastic. Highly recommend

   Service was super slow, and the quality was good but not amazing. For the price of dinner for five ($350) we probably won’t return.

   From the moment we sat down at 530pm restaurant was only 1/3 full. No waiter visited us ,greeted us, until i asked for menus,then they brought over 3 there was 8 adults. We still waited a while no one explained to us about the salad bar,we just fiquared that we would go up and start.We came back the table only had 6 place settings we tried flagging someone down we still had no idea who our waiter was? The mashed potatoes rolls and other things like banana and fried yucca all came out with our salads and we said to the server why are we getting the mashed potatoes now we’re not even ready for the meat of course the mashed potatoes got cold everything else by the time we finished our salads, we don’t know who our waiter is? we got in at 5:30. We didn’t leave until 930. It took so long for the meat to come out and most of the meat that we wanted did not come out. We kept asking for it but never came around. Come around finally after we had our dessert, if you can believe it the worst service I can remember , and of course the manager finally came over to us and said how were things and it was my birthday and I felt I didn’t wanna be mean I just said fine! and I think I can be honest here my birthday dinner was really a disaster. There was only one server who did run around and try to get a salt and pepper and other things. It was a Thursday night, December 26 …

   great food, service, drinks, ambience.. the quality of the food is better than texas de brazil, the service was great and asked you what do you want and they brought it to you .. other places you get what comes around!! we will be back!

   My Husband and i met with cousins to celebrate 2 birthdays. We love the atmosphere and the large selection of food. We were able to talk and eat slowly for hours. Great time

    The team went above and beyond. One waitress brought out the detailed list of gluten free options and took the time to go over everything, another waitress asked if we were celebrating anything (birthday) and brought out a giant slice of cake for my husband. She also took lovely family photos of us in front of the Christmas tree. The team here really went out of their way to make the night extra special.
