   We were disappointed with our experience this evening. The different cuts of meat came out rather slow, especially the better cuts like filet and lamb chops. When these cuts did finally arrive after a long wait - they were both totally RAW!!! This was very disappointing. The wait staff was excellent- not sure what was going on with the cook staff?

   Food is good. Service is great. Little noisy tables are close together the ambience like a school cafeteria. I've never left the food outstanding

   Excellent service, veery attentive. It was interesting to be able to try a variety of food. Very busy and loud environment. Worth the money spent.

   We attended the bar tasting by invitation through Open Table. We were greeted and seated without delay and made to feel like we were their special guests. Service, ambiance, and food quality was exceptional. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

   The salad bar was excellent. The waitress didn’t come by frequent. Once I turned the card green it was hard to get any meat selections. After requesting 2 different times, I got filet once, house steak twice, garlic steak once, lamb chops, ribeye once. Kind of ruined the experience because I had to keep requesting but once they figured it out the waiter was super responsive. I was there for my bday and reserved under it and they never acknowledged. Give like a 3.5 out of 5.

   First, I NEVER write reviews unless something is incredibly good or bad. The Towson location was BAD. Our server was intentionally dishonest in order to upsell. She neglected to give us an option of tap water, so we ordered “still water”. When we got the bill we had $67 in water charges. She also tried to sell us the more expensive package by saying that the better cuts of beef were not included. They most certainly were. Our dirty dishes piled up and servers were hard to find. The meat was sometimes nothing but a fat ball. It was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had.

   Fogo de Chao in Towson has great food, but the service is inconsistent and amateurish. This restaurant serves Brazilian type of Churrasco- meats carved from skewer in "small" portions, but with no limits on how much food you can consume. Chicken, steak, and pork prepared in different cuts and seasonings are available along with sides and a very good salad bar included in the fixed price. The staff cutting and serving the meat were excellent and friendly. However, we waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks and had to remind our server several times about our drink order. The same thing happened when we ordered our desert. At the price points for this restaurant, the service should have been more attentive and responsive.

   First time and last absolutely horrible not worth the money at all we were there for 3 1/2 hours because the service was awful waited forever for a refill on drinks to getting our crab cakes we had to constantly get someone to get service we had to ask for our dessert and check. The meat was Raw all the beef was still bleeding we couldn't even eat it and asked multiple times for medium well none of the beef was eatable it was so raw. It was extremely busy and noisy majority of the servers are foreign and could not understand what they were saying. So disappointed in everything.
