   Our family had a wonderful Easter family dinner at Fogo de Chao as it was memorable and joyous. We will definitely return for the meats and market open fresh salad bar.

   This was our second time back. The food was good as usual. The wait staff was not great. We were seated, given our menus and forgotten about. We had to ask three people to get us waters. The server finally came back. Took our drink and dinner orders. We were halfway through dinner when our drinks arrived. We had to ask twice to get the sides. It’s upsetting because we live walking distance to here and love the fogo experience we’ve had in different cities.

   We were never seated despite having a reservation. Hostesses ignoring patrons and not communicating what was going on. So many people backed up in the hostess area you didn’t know who had checked in and who was waiting. Not sure what was going on. But clearly poor management of the situation. We left 15 minutes after our reservation time after waiting 25 minutes and no communication about when we weee going to be seated. Hopefully an anomaly but if not- they need better management for seatings and communication with customers

   We got there we were greeted at the table and our server took our drink order and that was pretty much the last time we seen her! We had to ask other people for our drinks from the bar and again for my mom’s soda. It took 20-30 mins just for our drinks! After that we didn’t get asked if we wanted another drink or a refill for my mom! So market bar was awful got the parm cheese and it was hard as a rock. The service was awful they didn’t ask if we wanted new plates for our meat portion we were just putting food on top of food! No one came to clear our plates! It’s was my birthday so we had to wave someone down to ask for desert with was crème burlee! It was awful the fruit on top of it looked like it was old and melted! Also it was awful warm! I was excited for my birthday dinner but left disappointed and prob will never return

   If you're a meat eater, you can't go wrong with Fogo. So many varieties of cuts and seasonings. And the salad bar... It was my husbands first time and he was not disappointed. In fact, even after warnings, he still did too much salad bar! LOL It's hard to resist - the meats as they passed by and the variety of the fresh salad bar (or sides bar as I like to call it)! Service was great. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and patient. We'll be back! PS I didn't know they added seafood options - crabcake, lobster, sea bass. Mmm mmm! Winning.
