FOOD WAS VERY TASTY. SERVICE WAS A LITTLE TO BE DESIRED. I THINK OUR WAITER WAS OVERWHELMED WITH HAVING TO SERVE OTHER TABLES.

Eating here is an experience, not just a fabulous meal. So many choices for the starters that it was hard to control trying everything. I highly recommend trying foods you have not tried before as there are so many Brazilian options you will not find in other restaurants. I recommend any of the meats and take it slow. They come around and bring more meat as often as you want it. The cocktails and mocktails were lovely. I enjoyed the pineapple old fashioned; my friends enjoyed the mocktail martini and the blood orange martini. We had the Brazilian chocolate cake which is called the brigadiero. It's so very chocolatey but more sweet than dark chocolate.

The dining experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I are normals at the National Harbor’s location where the bar menu is only enjoyed at the bar. At this location, you are able to enjoy the bar menu in the main dining area. The tables are differentiated by colored puckers so that the servers know who are participating in the experience and who’s not. I enjoyed the lamb board, the chicken sliders, empanadas, and a chilled bottle of Rośe. For some reason my Happy birthday pucker was removed from my table at a point and while leaving I noticed that there was a gentleman seated behind that had a beautiful a happy birthday dessert plate. One the host, (I sure wish I could remember his name) compensated for it giving us a free dessert to take home and STILL brought a Happy Birthday presentation. Ambiance- 10/10 Service- 10/10 Food-10/10 Drinks-10/10 Pricing- 10/10 (final bill was under $100 for food for two persons and a bottle of wine) Overall- 10/10

Our dinner was good, we had fun, and it was a bit overpriced but only as expected.

Food is okay but you get a wide variety. Service is really nice, although the servers weren’t very knowledgeable about the different types of meat

This is another good visit at a chain restaurant that Varies in food, service, location, and ambiance. This particular location hits a home-run!!! Service was very friendly, attentive, and well worth another visit. Food was noticeably less salty than other locations and taste was great!! The presentation at the salad/sides bar was beautiful, clean, and varied compared to other locations. This spot had a genius layout and was very open. Gauchos were always active, it seems that all locations lack lamb chops as a frequent flyers and most rely on the chicken, sausage, cheese as they surely as less overhead than the more desirable beef and lamb cuts. New location that met all expectation and exceeded in experience. Very happy to give Fogo another shot.
