   The staff are spectacular and attentive to me and my family. The food is great and everything tasted fresh. The only negative thing is that the people from a large table next to me was standing all the time chatting (pretty loud) and almost right on my face. I just wished that they were further away or in a private room.

   Started off great - first time here. But didn’t explain how it worked until we asked for it. Then things went t south. Food was great but they say the entire dining room in 30 minutes and we never saw our server again. They kept offering the same bacon wrapped beef. No lamb. No ribeye. Just chicken, pork and sirloin. The kept running into my son’s back of the head with trays. I understand you were busy, but for these prices you should deliver on service. And the manager was just walking around. I don’t think he lifted a single finger or talked to a single guest the entire time. He seemed completely “lost”.

   It took nearly a half-an-hour for my husband and daughter to get their drinks - a lemonade and a glass of wine. Our server took our drink order and never returned. Because we were seated away from the main dining area (near the bar) and away from other tables, very few of the meats ever made it to our table. It took three attempts for them to get the bill right - and even then, they still overcharged us but we were done trying at that point. We will not be returning.

   The service was decent, it was very busy so we had to wait for a table. Got seated in the back, it was fairly quiet so that was nice. We had to wait so long for the meats to come by. And then the server said “i’ll make sure they stop by here more” as if there werent a lot of people in the back of the restaurant. So it felt like we were just gonna have to wait for the entire front of the restaurant to be served first. The beef cuts were bland. I requested lamb chops, and it was basically steamed meat with the marinade. Felt like it didnt even see the fire. The pork belly was good. The servers were nice, they tried. Took my husband awhile to get a water refill. This was out anniversary dinner so it was a bit disappointing.

   Our server Penelope was AMAZING! She took great care of us and especially made our boys feel welcome. We received everything we needed and even though it was a very busy holiday (Veterans Day) everything came out timely and as we wanted.

   Pedro Anthony and Robinson were great people to have been served by. I felt as part of the family and the food was amazing. Highly recommended for a dinner out

   Poor food rotation, never saw more than half of the meats available in the 2 hours there. Filet was offered for the 1st time, when paying the check! Manager arrived after paying check asking about the service. We mentioned the poor rotation of meat throughout the time there on a Thursday night. He disappeared once notified of our concern and never came back to apologize or check in. Not taking my team there again.

    Place is nice and all the noise level is very loud, if they turned the volume of the radio a little lower during busy hours so we don’t have to yell at each other during conversation, that would be amazing
