   There were so many different meats I never thought the servers would get them all to us but as soon as we sat down the different servers brought over each course several times. There was no shortage of food and the quality was great. Unfortunately there was a large party going on in the bar area that made the dining area very loud and difficult to hear but it subsided after a while. Otherwise everything was excellent and the numerous servers never let our plates empty and always had our drinks filled. Excellent dining experience.

   The staff were great but the food was mediocre. We tried it because I had been to a Churrasco in Rio in 1968 on my way to Vietnam on the Intrepid and wanted to relive that.

   We went for a birthday celebration the other evening. It wasn’t very busy yet host seemed very confused where to sit is for our reservation and we had to wait longer than we should have but that was ok. We waited again for a server to come for drink orders and then after giving them another server came over and welcomed us and wanted our drink orders again, just seemed unorganized on a slower night. The table buffet was good and mostly stocked. The first couple of meats came quickly and were good. Then service seemed to disappear. Felt like they didn’t want us to have the prime cuts and came by agin with chicken. Waited agin for a long stretch and just felt abandoned. The atmosphere was nice although no real change from the previous restaurant. For the price it was disappointing. I’m always willing to pay more for a buffet style even though I never get my moneys worth but this was definitely overpriced for my experience.. Although we did have a very nice Birthday Celebration I won’t be in a hurry to return.

   I’ve only had a good experience at Fogo in Providence RI until today. My party was a tad late, 10 min, and it didn’t matter. We got sat and the tables around us were dirty, not cleaned up and reset. I left to go outside to the car with my 13 month old because she was fussy and my husband was waiting for 45 minutes, for no water, no drop off of the amazing cheesy rolls. He asked 2 different service workers for assistance to get some service to just be met with, an it’s whatever attitude. There was no, we apologize for the delay, we will get to you as soon as we can. My husband was met with a cold interaction of “it’s whatever,” so he took the next move to leave the establishment for no service. And especially for today, it is Veterans Day; the service workers may not be pro military but it is very discouraging to not be met with okay service for any patron. I hope that Providence location does better, I want to support the location, but when you are met with terrible service it is difficult to continue to be a patron of this establishment.    We had another fantastic meal at Fogo de Chao, our sixth visit this year, and it never disappoints. This time, we opted for the Tour of Brazil, and as always, it was an incredible experience. The food was delicious, with each cut of meat cooked to perfection, and the variety of options kept things exciting. We love the interactive aspect with the token system, allowing us to pace ourselves and enjoy each dish fully. Fogo de Chao continues to be a fun and memorable dining experience that we look forward to again and again. Highly recommended!

   My wife and I went to the "Wagyu and Wine". It was an excellent evening! The Service from all member of the team was exceptional, the food great and the wines we tasted of very good quality!

   Most of the servers don't have any experience or background in hospitality. They didn't smile or speak clearly. All were nice but they looked uncomfortable which affected the evening.
