   Very disappointed! Our reservation was T 5:45 and until 8pm there were only 2 kinds of meat that came out. Not until we were leaving right after 8pm did all the other types of meat came out. We had already paid the bill and ready to leave. We definitely did not get the full experience.

   I love Fogo de Chão and we decided to celebrate my birthday here. As always, everything is great! Very tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere, polite staff - this is exactly what we love)

   Worst experience ever at the Pasadena location on 11/10/24 arguing 3pm. Came in, ignored, barely served because staff were transitioning. I've never experienced service as bad as this ever at any other Fogo in SF, SJ and Emeryville. For the money spent here, I could of been across the street at Flemings

    The salad bar could use some work but the meat was pretty good. The service was horrible. The manager didn’t look like she wanted to be there and our server looked like she didn’t want to work. The only people that actually looked like they enjoyed their job were the meat guys. This isn’t the fault of the employees. This is poor management and it always comes from the top down. I can pay $10 at Chick-fil-A and still get better service than Fogo. This was not a $70 per person experience. Might as well just served ourselves.
