   We had a 4:30 reservation to avoid the Saturday night crowd. We waited an extra 10 minutes to be seated, and I observed many 2 person tables available in the dining area. The website needs to be updated as you are advertising a lower price for the full meat experience. Only 3 of the meat selections were delicious, the rest were either dried out or too salty. We paid over $200 for 2 people and 2 glasses of wine. The waiter was great. Servers need to pay better attention to the red and green cards. When our cards are red, leave us alone. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. You got some work to do.

   A little disappointed with our experience. We arrived at our reservation time and while we were waiting for our table, another couple came in without a reservation. They were also asked to wait but then they ended up being seated before us. Our table smelled like old mop water. I could see they wipe the chairs down between guests (which is great) but it left an unmistakable odor of old mop bucket water (I've worked in several restaurants and know that smell) on my chair. Overall the service and food were excellent with the exception of the lamb that was very gamey. We even heard another table comment on the same thing. Our first experience with the Bellevue location was so good that we had high hopes for the new Lynwood location and waited for a special celebration to visit. Not blown away but we might still come back. Excellent server Eugene saved the overall impression!

   Mala atención por parte de los meseros no lleves las entradas si no es por uno de los jóvenes que anda repartiendo la carne no tomamos ni soda ni nos dieron ni plátanos ni yuca queso nada de las entradas tardaron un siglo en llevar la cuenta a los demás personas los atendieran bien y nosotros no se molestan en ir a preguntabas si necesitamos algo

   Reservations @745 was not seated until 845! After being seated for 15 minutes still. O server so we started going to the salad bar! We were halfway eating and we had to go to the bar to even ask r water. No server!!!!!!very disappointed

   We went during Valentine’s Day weekend, so expected it to be busy. With reservations, there was still about a 20 minute wait- which was fine as you can watch the Gauchos walking around doing their thing. We were sat in a back room type spot which was quieter than the main floor and also meant we saw all the meats often. We had great services from 3 servers, drinks never empty, very attentive. Amazing food- worth the price and hype. Will be going back for special occasions

   Staff was kind. I enjoyed Valentines there because it was busy, but not too busy even though the reservation was late into the night. Best food I’ve had in awhile!

   I had reservations at 6:30 PM - I understand it was Valentine’s and it would be crowded. Arrived before 6:30 told there was a 15 minute delay and you will get a text when a table was ready; 1st thing gone wrong - management should of thought things through with this night like 1seating 2nd seating for customers to enjoy the night. 2nd wrong got the text message at 7:08 pm that table was ready, went to the hostess showed her my text and she asked me my name then the rudeness was she told me “can move to the side I have to serve other customers” I was like I’m a customer thinking to my myself. I was watching how she served other customers no one else was pushed to the side. 3rd once we finally got seated waiter explained the menu items and got us our drinks, alright thinking okay this might just turn out good, WRONG!! We had the “ Churassco experience “ this was horrible after coming from the salad/appetizer section. Seated and the experience begins. The carvers that came around not friendly and messy our table looked like we butchered something on the table , I mean blood splatter on the white tablecloth disgusting but the table next to us clean. 4th issue wait service- 25 minutes in of eating we finally got these sides some mashed potatoes, polenta fries and bananas um don’t you think this should come before the meat experience begins. Back home our Churassco place stems this all up while you’re getting your salad “ Sauces and any sides to eat with the meat “ what is the point of serving these sides , you can obviously see this was an after thought. The table next to us had this before they started their meat experience I had to ask 4x just to get a chimichurri sauce which one of the people that I asked was a manager that was walking around unit one of the carvers got it for “ did they go to Brazil to make the sauce?”I was ending my meal when we got these sides and sauce 2x I only had my waiter Carlo come check us. I will never come here again! Should’ve ate MC’d’s

    This is our 5th time eating here, and perhaps because it was Valentines Day, the cuts of meat were tougher like they rushed through the slow cooked roasting part.
