   Service and food was great! We were there on Christmas so it was very busy. We unfortunately had a table very close to the host area so there was a constant flow of people walking by. It’s a very open restaurant with music playing so not quiet. If you are looking for a more intimate quiet setting I wouldn’t recommend it.

   The variety of dishes offered is amazing. We did not find anything we didn't like. Several options exist on how much food you actually want. We chose the single entree option and it still gives you access to a huge variety of vegetables and side dishes. The wait staff is extremely attentive, patience, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back. Since the place was full it was a bit noisy but you could still have a conversation and hear the background music.

   Nose level along with background music felt more like being at a bar than a restaurant. While some may appreciate the rotating meat servers I was not impressed with the quality of the meat not the constant barrage of servers. Just not my kind of restaurant

   We had an amazing date at Fogo! Great cuts and delicious feijoada. All of the servers were very friendly and helpful. Lucas, the Customer Service Rep, was especially wonderful at making sure everything was going well for us. My Brasilian partner spoke in Portuguese with many staff members! Great experience!

   Food and service from our server were great; for quite a while our table wasn’t visited by many of the meat stewards, until our server noticed and said something to the staff. Also, the wine pour arrived with gunk in the bottom of the glass. This was also fixed by our observant server.

   Been here lots of times however this time we came in at lunch and the Host seemed more interested in chatting with people on the phone than seating the people actually there.

   We had a 5:45 reservation for 15 people that we’ve had for 3 months. We were seated at 6:30. They were struggling with trying to get a table for all of us. Once they seated us the 2 on the end had no table in front of them because there wasn’t enough room for all of us. We ordered appetizers that they didn’t get right and took 30 minutes to come out. We were almost all done eating by the time they came out. Drinks were not consistent. Ordered same drink twice and was not the same drink. Not even close. Meat was inconsistent…. Pork was so dry, some of the meat was so raw it left a bloody mess on our plates. Mashed potatoes had the consistency of glue. Had to ask for the removal of plates and to be given new plates several times. The market place is a disaster, complete traffic jam. Very disappointed with the entire experience. It was our 2nd year for our holiday dinner. We won’t be back. Paid almost $2000 for this sub par experience. Waste of money.

   Awful dining experience. Had a reservation for 7:15. Host stand is an absolute joke, I’m standing there trying to get one of host atention after being ignored for 4 min I had to tap on one of that lady’s to get them to check me in. They then told me they were running being and i would not be seating for about another hour even though I had a reservation. Never have I been told that by restaurant who takes reservations. Sounds like they know how to take reservations but no hold them. Now to the dinning part had to ask for several meats to come. Most of the time I was waiting 5-7 min in between meats and typically had to ask someone to send some meat by. I’ve been here 4 other times never had this experience. This was most definitely not worth 70 a person.

    Our experience at Fogo de Chão was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a reservation, the restaurant was clearly overbooked. I was seated 40 minutes after my scheduled time—this after driving over an hour in traffic to ensure we arrived on time. I paid for the Churrasco experience but was visited by servers infrequently, leaving much to be desired in terms of service and value. This wasn’t an isolated incident. My husband had an earlier reservation for a business dinner with his team of 10 and encountered similar issues. His group was seated late, and near the end of their meal, after waiting over 25 minutes for cheese they had requested, the manager rudely informed them that other guests were waiting to be seated. This, despite their own reservation being delayed. Fogo de Chão’s overbooking and rushing of guests is unacceptable, especially for customers paying for a premium dining experience. As long time customers of the Bellevue location, I’m shocked at my experience this evening as were the 5-6 other individuals I spoke with that were scheduled to be seated at 6:30pm this evening.
