   I had reservations at 6:30 PM - I understand it was Valentine’s and it would be crowded. Arrived before 6:30 told there was a 15 minute delay and you will get a text when a table was ready; 1st thing gone wrong - management should of thought things through with this night like 1seating 2nd seating for customers to enjoy the night. 2nd wrong got the text message at 7:08 pm that table was ready, went to the hostess showed her my text and she asked me my name then the rudeness was she told me “can move to the side I have to serve other customers” I was like I’m a customer thinking to my myself. I was watching how she served other customers no one else was pushed to the side. 3rd once we finally got seated waiter explained the menu items and got us our drinks, alright thinking okay this might just turn out good, WRONG!! We had the “ Churassco experience “ this was horrible after coming from the salad/appetizer section. Seated and the experience begins. The carvers that came around not friendly and messy our table looked like we butchered something on the table , I mean blood splatter on the white tablecloth disgusting but the table next to us clean. 4th issue wait service- 25 minutes in of eating we finally got these sides some mashed potatoes, polenta fries and bananas um don’t you think this should come before the meat experience begins. Back home our Churassco place stems this all up while you’re getting your salad “ Sauces and any sides to eat with the meat “ what is the point of serving these sides , you can obviously see this was an after thought. The table next to us had this before they started their meat experience I had to ask 4x just to get a chimichurri sauce which one of the people that I asked was a manager that was walking around unit one of the carvers got it for “ did they go to Brazil to make the sauce?”I was ending my meal when we got these sides and sauce 2x I only had my waiter Carlo come check us. I will never come here again! Should’ve ate MC’d’s

   This is our 5th time eating here, and perhaps because it was Valentines Day, the cuts of meat were tougher like they rushed through the slow cooked roasting part.

   What the website insinuates and the actual experience is very different. A very high priced buffet. We were swatting fruit fly away most of the dinner and simply not what we were expecting for the price of the meal. This will be our one and only time at this eatery.

   It would have been a 4 but the server we had wasn’t great, and we had an issue with one item we ordered - bone marrow that wasn’t cooked and we informed her and the manager but wasn’t addressed, not even an apology

   I hate giving a star but the service is so up and down. Amazing during Holidays and so bad during regular days. I was sat in a middle table this time and the meat carvers made circles around the room and serving all the edge tables but completely ignoring my family until I complained. Then when we were done, it took another half hour to flag down our sever and pay.

   We had a 12.30 reservation and didn't get seated till after 1 ..When we got seated the waitress can by and asked for a drink order and never came back so after some time we had to find here and basically she forgot to put it in..OK there was 13 people in our party celebrating a birthday and when the would carvers can they would only get about 2 or 4 people the run out and never come back until u ask someone about it..After about an hour of waiting on and off some one comes by and ask if there was something we are looking for and we would tell them and he said ok but no one come back so after about an hour and 45 mins of waiting on and off every got tired of waiting I would say in that time frame they came with meat service a total of about 5 times..It was not worth $50 person and would not go to the lynnwood location..Way better service in Bellevue and other Brazilian BBQ place done want to mention their names..

   Disappointed with the slow service and the lack of meat variety. Even more disappointed that once we got our meat, it tasted bland and it was super gamey and dry. We were also promised a birthday dessert for my dad and it took so long that we got up and left. We will not be returning again.

    My husband, stepson, and his partner had a wonderful dining experience. All the staff was exceptional and made sure we had a great experience. I want to personally thank Justin, Monica, Brooke, and Colin, who were extraordinary.
