   Everyone from the hostess desk, to gauchos and bar staff were all super friendly. The meat options were great and abundant. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for a great experience!

   We had a great holiday meal!! We didn’t get seated until about 30mins after our reservation time but had a party of 9 and it was on of a handful of places open on a holiday. The meal was amazing and they brought around meats at quite frequent intervals. Overall a great meal.

   the restaurant need set up table for customers ready when the customers had reversed table ready. the restaurant don't made customers got reversed table wait for around 1 hour or 30 mins. some supervisors or managers of restaurants check table back up customer got reversed table don't need wait too long. thank you .    The staff were very friendly and r he food was good but not great. The whole experience was a bit of a letdown as I expected the meat at a Brazilian steakhouse to be top quality. It was flavorful, but not as tender as I expected. Side dishes were OK. THOSE BRAZILIAN CHEESE ROLLS WERE AMAZING.

   The staff were incredibly nice and hard working. The food was the best we’ve ever had. Absolutely scrumptious and the portions were large.

   We had an amazing dinner, but upon arriving for for a reservation on time, we had to then wait an hour. What is the point of a reservation if you still have to wait an hour? Once we got seated, the food was amazing BUT it was still loud.

   Wow. Quite an unexpected and awful experience end to end. I've been to other locations before and had an overall decent time. However, this occasion, this location was not enjoyable. Had reservations at 6, waited 30 minutes, sat down, waited another 10 for a server, food came.. chicken, chicken, lamb, chicken, chicken. Had to ask for better cuts! Cheese bread came, nothing else. I filled up on chicken, then the ribeye cut finally came over. How nice. Then a server asks, "your still waiting on your plantains aren't you"? Those are expected at the beginning. Kids would've liked those. We went to McDonald's after for the kids. Terrible!!!!

    Service was extremely slow. It took quite a while to get our drinks, they didn’t bring meats by very often and we were waiting for a good 20 minutes for our check. I’ve been several times, without any issues. This was definitely an off night for them.
