   They were badly overbooked for the Saturday after Valentine’s Day. We waited an hour to get our 7:00 reserved table. Meats were slow to come out, and overall they were overwhelmed.

   They had us wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes after our reservation and i dont think that is fair.

   Made reservations for 8:15 got seated an hour later. Ate my entire meal without my drink ever coming, cancelled the drink. Chicken and rib eye were barely ever passing our table even though we had our green side up… Don’t overbook on holidays lol

   I was expecting it to be busy more than usual with it being Valentine’s Day. The service was the worst and the salad bar was terrible. The waiter brought me a soda because he said the bar was backed up which I thought was nice, but then come to find out he charged me for it. We had to ask for the sides because they never brought them out which looked like it annoyed the waiter, It was just an off night which really made our Valentine’s night one that I would rather not remember. On a good note the servers with the meats never stopped offering food so that was the only highlight of the night.

   Even with a Reservation waited over 1 hour to be seated , once seated our server took our order never to be seen again , had to cancel our drink order because we finished eating and never got our drinks . Service was the worst !

   Arrived 10 minutes prior to the reservation. Stood in line for 15 minutes to check in. They stated they were running an hour behind. Table was called 70 minutes after reservation time. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Still had to pay for parking and waited 25 minutes to get the car. Not a good experience and it was like they double booked because there were 100 people waiting who all stayed the had reservations. There were no apologies or explanations and the staff treated people like it was their fault. It was truly a disappointing experience.

   I went during Valentine’s day so it’s probably not as hectic every single day but we had a reservation at 8 PM and seated at around 8:30 which wasn’t bad. We ordered the full churrasco which was great but the options at the salad bar tasted old the white rice tasted burnt. Didn’t even eat the rice at all after we tasted it once. our waiter was all over the place which is expected on this day more than half the meal without half of our order, including my drink, which was unfortunate and then the rest of our order came when we were almost done eating the meat was great, but that was about it for this place

   Dined in on Valentines Day so very busy, made reservation but don’t think it helped with wait time, wait was about an hour after we checked in. Vibe was fine, food was great, meats came quick and kept coming. Staff was all friendly. Paid $72 each and feel like we absolutely got our moneys worth. Overall good experience.

   Definitely don’t recommend going on a special event date. Made a reservation and still waited an hour on top of our reservation. They overbooked. Had the churrasco experience and there weren’t a lot of meat options passing around. When there was meat arriving it was very oversalted and dry. The drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive after placing order since there weren’t so many people waiting at the bar to be seated. Have definitely had better experiences at fogo before but definitely won’t be going back for a while.

    The food was horrible the meat was super raw and we had reservations and still had to wait about an hour...there wasnt a variety of meets either just the same 2...i feel disappointed with what i was charged and the quality and service we recieved
