   The good.. The food was pretty good. Not top end cuts of meat but pretty decent. The service was attentive and we were given plenty of cuts. Some were cooked just right at medium to medium rare temps, some were severely over cooked and were all gray and no pink. The bad.. My brother found a massive piece of hair in his salad. He brought it to our servers attention and it originally seemed like she was going to do something to make his experience better, but ended up doing nothing. The ugly… All four of us got sick and had to immediately rush to the bathroom no less then 30 minutes after completing the meal. I’m writing this the day after and we are still sick. If you’ve ever drank the water in Mexico you will know what I mean. Very similar sick feeling. Can’t leave the bathroom. The food tasted fine but no where near worth getting sick over. We were so excited to try this place but now all regret going.

   This was our third time visiting Fogo de Chao in Bridgewater NJ. The first couple of times everything was fantastic, service, noise level and of corse the food. Tis time however thye service really fell short. Eating at Fogo de Chao is by no means a inexpensive night out and as such good service should be a hall mark of a high end restaurant. You can chalk it up to a very busy Saturday night around the holidays or try and blow off poor service as a one off but that doesn't change the fact we had to ask for our drinks long after they were ordered, the roving meat servers seamed sort of missing in action and the number of promised cuts never added up. What we did have was fantastic and everyone should try the expierience at least once but maybe not on a Saturday night around the holidays. One last tip, maybe you should deal with the floor managers instead of the table waiters. They seemed to know how to get things done.

   Disappointed! Went with friends for a post Christmas dinner and we were all disappointed. Seating accommodations for the children were great - they offered slings for the baby carriers & booster seats for the toddlers. We really enjoyed the chicken salad from the salad bar and the cheese bread. Other than that it was quite disappointing. The service was sub par because we waited for a while for our drinks, our table was missing a tablecloth, the meat (especially the picanha) was over cooked, service overall was very slow, and for $71 per person it just wasn’t worth it. We left saying we’d never go back.

   Restaurant is beautiful but lots of kinks in service and food. Will go back again to see if it improves next time.

   The food was great, the staff coming out with the cuts of meat were great but we didn’t have a waiter after her initial introduction. We were a table of 5 and she also was the waiter for a table of about 11 other guest and they got all her attention. We had to call over the manager and other staff if we needed anything refills the dessert menu anything. However we enjoyed our Christmas dinner there and despite the lack of attention we would still recommend it.

    We had dinner here on Christmas and it was excellent. The food and service was all very good on a very busy night. Additionally, despite there not being an open table in the place we were not jammed up against and another table. The “all day happy hour” made cocktails and wine very reasonable and the reduced fee for the kids meal was a pleasant surprise. Everyone enjoyed all the food. We were constantly being served and the manager stopped by our table to check in twice. I would have been impressed even if hadn’t been a major holiday but add that element in and I am quite blown away.
